Windows 10 Why do i keep getting this everytime i restart my pc instead of shutting down.

Everytime i restart my computer instead of shutting it down when i launch a game 1 minute ish after it loads it decides to blackscreen then give me this error code happens twice then the game works had to put up with it for almost a year now so deciding im going to do something about it hopefully.
