Windows 11 why do I need an account to use voice typing in windows

I love using windows voice typing, makes it easy to quickly create journals and long articles. I am unable to use it recently because every time I use the open it, it prompts for me to login with my account, even though I am already logged in to windows, when I login, I get an error - CAA2000B.
