Windows 11 Why do I only hear a "chipmunk voice" during phone calls?

I am having issues with using the Phone Link. Texts and connecting incoming/outgoing calls works fine until the other person speaks. Nor can they hear me. I can't seem to troubleshoot it correctly. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
