Windows 11 Why do mybluetooth headphones turn off when I use them in speaking mode?

I have Marshall Monitor 2 headphones which I use via bluetooth. All goes right when I just play games or watch something. But when I use it in a speaking mode (eg in Discord) it keeps turning off ~every 10 mins. And it is the same for Slack on my work PC.
