Windows 11 Why do some notifications disappear in Phone Link app after appearing for a brief moment?

Just recently, certain notifications appear in the "Notifications" panel in Phone Link, but after about half a second, disappear. They are still on my phone (Samsun S20 5G). I double checked all my settings in both Link to Windows app on my phone and Phone Link app on my PC. Other notifications appear as normal. The specific notifications affected are Ring Doorbell notification and any and all text messages (SMS and MMS both). It doesn't appear to be a permissions issue since these notification do momentarily appear but then quickly disappear. I do both a Repair and Reset on the Phone Link app
