I have a no-name BT5 dongle which I purchased from a online site in the Philippines.
I use it to connect to a BT5.0 headset. It works, though I have to 'pair it' every time I turn on the computer.
PC Settings knows I have BT services running but it doesn't display any way to access BT services. The tray also is devoid of a BT icon and the Device Manager does not display a BT device.
Clearly, some BT dongles do not 'register' with Win 10 in a way that all BT functions and services become available. Is there any activity at Microsoft to address this?
