Windows 11 Why does a system file (driver) gets corrupted during a clean install of Windows?

I did clean install of Windows 11 Home (from USB image created by a MS app), and right after first boot I checked system files (sfc /scannow). It showed that one file gets corrupted during installation, located in "Drivers" folder. Why does system can't install itself correctly? Previously I used Microsoft USB stick which worked fine, but it's old version of Windows 10 while I want to have clean install of fresh Windows 11. Also I used manually downloaded images of both 10 and 11, Rufus app, both USB and DVD disks. Looks like corruption of system files practically during installation of Window
