Windows 11 Why does bootable windows not allow me to boot into the operating system saying that my PC does not meet the requirement even though it clearly has?

I just built a new PC and want to boot into windows but it keeps saying that my PC does not have the required specs to use windows 11 which is false because my specs are very much over the required amount. Please could I get some advice.
