Windows 10 Why does it say "no internet, secured" but my internet works fine?

I recently have been having wi-fi issues on my pc. I would have random lag spikes but only on my computer. I tried resetting the router and troubleshooting my internet connection but I kept lagging. I eventually reset my network adapters which caused my network connection to be stuck at "no internet, secured" while my internet worked fine. I tried updating and reinstalling my drivers, as well as using the command prompt to reboot some things. Nothing has worked so far, so if anyone has any solutions they would be greatly appreciated.
