Windows 11 Why does my AKG N5005 headphone microphone not get deducted or work with my Alienware m15 Ryzen?

My N5005 AKG headphones will not work on discord, games, and even teams and zoom. i have tried to fix it in my settings and whenever i try to set my mic up it will not listing or set up. no sound is detected by the computer. can someone please help me.
