Windows 10 why does my asus screen have horizontal lines 3/4 the way up and at the task bar with visible icons stable at the top a little fuzzy at the middle and

problems with the screen on my asus laptop 3/4 of the way up is a horizontal line and down near the task bar clear at the top fuzzy at the middle and flickering at the bottom also its like a mirror image with icons all three screens found a picture on line that was just like it but no answer
