Windows 11 Why does my bluetooth ARC mouse stop working or freezes until I turn the mouse off and back on?

HP Envy x360 Convertible 13 with 16GB RAM and a huge HDDMicrosoft ARC mouseThis is what I'm currently running:Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Installed on ‎8/‎3/‎2024 OS build 22631.4169 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1034.0 I had to upgrade to Windows 11 on HP Envy - I had no mouse issues using WIN10Please don't ask me to "re-do" the basics, as I've tried EVERYTHING that I was able to find online, and I still have the issue.Is this the Microsoft environment I can expect?
