Windows 10 Why does my Bluetooth not reconnect with my Win 10 PC when it comes back into range?

Updated Windows 10 Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9510Sony WH-1000XM4 HeadsetDoes anyone know why my headset will not re-connect to my laptop when I come back into range of the BT signal?Example:I get up from my desk to do something that is out of range for my headphones and it tones letting me know it disconnected from my PC. I come back a few minutes later and I have to Win + k then select my headset so it re-connects. I have no problem connecting when the headset is turned on while I am in range. When I power the headset on, both my phone and PC automatically connect to it. I checked around to see if
