Windows 11 why does my computer keep freezing and crashing

for the past couple days my computer has been freezing, so i did a bit of research found that it was my memory sticks were loose and needed to be reseated, havent had a freeze since, until today at 3pm when i was playing a game it up and nowwhere crashes and restarts (there wasnt a bsod) then found this in the event: viewer:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8068008faaf, 0xfffff40fb3abe270, 0x0000000000000000. i also have a minidump file of the crash i c
