Windows 11 Why does my computer lag when I connected a new Bluetooth speaker? Is it a new virus?

I ordered this Bluetooth speaker off of Amazon, and when I connected it to my computer (ASUS Zephyrus with an I9 core, one year old) causing it to lag significantly. I connected dozens of bluetooth devices before with no issue, but EVERYTIME I connect this specific speaker, it causes the screen and any app to slow down drastically. For example, the mouse will stutter across the screen and Spotify will show it's running but the music cuts off every 1 second. This will immediately stop after I turn off the speaker or disconnect the Bluetooth. I did not know a Bluetooth speaker could cause effect
