Windows 10 Why does my computer now allow me to use 120fps and 4k in display setting

hi hello3

I am using Samsung odyssey G70B with display port whenever I am using 2560x1440 I can use 120 fps however when I go up to 4k I am forced to 60 fps I know my monitor can run 120 4k because my Xbox does on the same monitor
