Windows 11 Why does my computer say this when I try to uninstall valorant related files?

i noticed my Valorant game was constantly freezing, however i know my computer can handle it and never had this issue last year, when i deleted and reinstalled it recently, it kept freezing which made me come to the conclusion that i my have corrupted files. so here I am trying to delete all valorant related folders and files so i can do a clean installation and hopefully make the game work. However when I try to delete these folders and files, it always says something along the lines of this:
