Windows 11 Why does my computer seem to think Im logged in with a different account then usual after the windows 11 update?

I was on my computer today and I was getting off, so I turned my computer off as normal and I had all my apps and everything downloaded like normal. I then went to get back onto my computer using the same account that I use everyday. I then signed into my computer where I come to see that almost all of my app shortcuts were missing, except for a few random ones. I then went to check to see if all of my apps were still downloaded so I checked my recycling bin and looked in my downloads folder to see that all my apps weren't downloaded anymore.
