Windows 11 Why does my computer's disk usage go to 100% then the computer freezes for about a minute every about 30 - 60 minutes?

After installing a new SSD in my laptop, every about an hour or so, the screen freezes, disk usage goes to 100% and just stays like that for about a minute. I've tried a LOT of fixes but none of them worked, so asking a question personally here was my last resort. I am on Windows 11 if that helps. Any help is appreciated
