Windows 11 Why does my disk usage go up and then down?

When I start up Windows on my laptop, I check task manager and then I see 100% disk usage then 20-30 seconds later down to 1%. Is this normal or not? Please give any tips. For some reason, the system in task manager uses a lot of disk usage in the startup. There is also a schvost that uses a lot too.
