Windows 11 Why does my gpu seem to break at random times when I run my pc? (usually when im gone for awhile and leave it running)

So I turned my pc on earlier today, went to work for a few hours and came back home. I noticed that everything on my Pc is lagging and stuttering and the top bar of file explorer is missing. I also cannot take screenshots or launch command prompt without getting an error code. When I try to play games, the performance is horrendous and I have to restart my computer. Heres a picture because i cant screenshot anything. My system specs are: 10700k, 3070, 32gb ram, z590, 2x 1tb ssd, rm750x, 2tb hdd
