Windows 11 Why does my keyboard do this

Hello, I've had this problem for quite a while and it's really annoyed me. And it's persisted with even changing keyboards and even changing COMPUTERS. I've only had this issue with this specific type of keyboard (logitech g512 carbon) The issue is that whenever I load up applications sometime my keyboard will go rougue and start pressing the Skip Music button every frame and disallow me for pressing the windows key and it stays like that until I restart.
