Windows 11 Why does my laptop hibernate 10 minutes into using it with my monitor, with the lid closed?

I got a new HP spectre about three weeks ago, and I noticed that when I go to use my external monitor with my laptop closed about maybe 10-12 minutes in my laptop will turn off and I have to turn it back on just for it to do the same thing again 10 minutes later. I have already tried going to settings and change what closing the lid does to due nothing on battery and plugged in. That didn't work cause it's still doing the same thing still. I didn't have this problem with my old HP spectre. This is cutting in my studying time and I really need help to fix this ASAP.TIA!!! :)
