Windows 11 Why does my laptop slow scroll whenever I zoom in?

Whenever I zoom in on my laptop it goes into a slow scroll downwards. I don’t have a mouse connected to my laptop and It only happens when I press the space bar or down arrow key. I just bought this laptop so I know the keyboard is fine. I had this problem on my last laptop as well.
