Windows 11 Why does my number pad in my laptop keyboard press random spaces and press enter when i have numlock activated and press 0?

so i've been having a problem recently and it's that when i have number lock activated (so i can use the numbers in my number pad) and i press 0, the computer starts putting random spaces and it starts opening the search bar sometimes when i'm in my desktop. i'm sure i have not downloaded suspicious software and i have to restart the laptop every time this happens because no matter what i press it won't stop. Can you tell me if it could be a virus and if so, how can i fix it? My laptop is an ideapad 3 from lenovo its a gaming laptop.Thank you.
