Windows 10 Why does my SSD work smoothly on my PC but freezes after a few minutes when installed on another computer?

I installed an SSD on my PC (Mobo Asrock h310 CM) and it worked smoothly without any issues. However, when I tried installing it on another computer (HP 280 G2 MT), it initially booted up fine and entered Windows, but after 1-2 minutes, Windows froze. I tried force restarting and reinstalling the SSD, but the issue persisted. However, when I put it back into my own PC, the SSD worked smoothly again without any issues. Where could the problem be?
