Windows 11 Why does my Windows 11 Laptop randomly shutdown and require unusual start up procedure to start up again?

I have a 5 year old Dell XPS 9570 running windows 11 with all the latest updates. The laptop seems to randomly shutdown at night (when I'm not using it). In the morning, I have to run through this ritual in order to boot it up again:* Disconnect the AC adapter from both the XPS 15-9570 and the wall power jack* Disconnect all USB and other peripherals from the XPS 15-9570* Wait one minute* Reconnect the AC adapter to both* Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds, then release it* Press and release the power button.Why is this happening?
