I have been having the same problem for the last few weeks and I can't find a permanent solution.I will have the situation where windows explorer will stop responding and will try to restart over and over. I will see the desktop icons and my wallpaper. The taskbar will partially load (the start icon will be there but none of the task bar icons will load). You can't interact with any of the desktop icons, they will not respond. You can still open up programs through task manager.I have tried several solutions and nothing seems to solve the problem permanently. I'm also suspecting at this p
