Windows 11 Why does my Xbox Wireless Headset make glitchy sounds while connected via an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows?

I recently bought an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows from Amazon. Previous to this, I was using a cable to get more clear and better audio than Bluetooth with my PC. After buying the USB and plugging it in, I constantly got weird hitches in games and apps like Discord. I searched online about this issue and the USB needed an update in settings, so I updated it and all my problems seemed to go away other than regular tiny glitchy sounds in all audio. The videos seem to be the worst with the audio completely stopping for 2 seconds before returning with more hitches. I did read the manual of my
