Windows 10 why does outlook now say that most of my features are inactive on Outlook now unless I buy Microsoft 365

HelloUnless I buy Microsoft 365 which I don't need or want when I go into Outlook now. Order number 5339251287? We bought the student edition so we could have all the products excel/word/outlook.We don't want to rent your software because we don't use these items very often but I'd like to be able to recreate an envelope once in a while.
