Windows 11 Why does pressing fn + arrow key change the windows?

I have a MSI GF63 thin laptop and I change the volume and the brightness when pressing fn + arrow key because its the keyboard factory setting and I can't change it. But today when I try to increase or decrease the volume, it instead change the windows to left or right. Can someone please help me with this?
