Windows 11 Why does task manager show an extremely small amount of gpu usage in apps for task manager?/ freezing

I am currently using Windows 11 Home and the task manager shows almost 1/30th of the GPU usage in apps whilst the GPU is almost running constant 60+% I also experience a whole computer freeze once in a while that breaks/disables Windows button/windows explorer I have checked for viruses and updated drivers any insight?P.S image uploading would not work so no screenshot for now.
