Windows 10 Why does Windows 10 Pro INSIST on rolling back my AMD graphics driver almost every time it updates?

One would think that, since essentially every CPU is either Intel or AMD, and nearly every graphics system is AMD or NVIDIA, that Windows wouldn't roll back the video drivers when it updates the OS. My experience, though, is that almost every Windows update forces me to reinstall AMD's software (Adrenaline) and then the display adapter driver. ****?
