Windows 11 Why does windows 11 turn on a night mode like filter when I open HDR video

I've watched HDR on windows 11 for some time now and recently it starts putting a filter that is like the night light mode that puts a filter on my screen that does not go away until I restart my computer. I want it to stop doing this. I have turned off CABC
