Windows 11 why does windows 24h2 security update stop at 36%

Since some time I can no longer update security updates on my Windows 24H2 system (now 26100.1887). I installs up to 30%, then after rebooting stops at 36% (in case of updating to 2033, previous versions went to 36 up to 41%).Do I have a damaged Win installation or ist this a windows bug?
