Windows 10 Why does Windows Explorer and Service Host: Connected Device use 80% of my memory?

I've tried all the things I could possibly think of. Even searched it up online but none of these fixed it permanently. I just recently installed a new SSD and tried to copy my files from my local disk to my new SSD which I believe is the reason but I don't know how to fix.
