Windows 11 Why Doesn't Onedrive Sync on all Devices?

I have a laptop that I exported a file to. It says "Your files are synced" and it shows the file updated 48 seconds ago.On the other 2 devices running one drive it shows "your files are synced" and the newest file is synced 27 minutes ago.Why doesn't sync update on the other devices? Does it take an hour or something?I don't even see a way to force a sync.This makes no sense. I'm trying to use this for work and its slowing me down.
