Windows 11 Why Doesn't Windows 11 Support an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HQ CPU?

I am finding that the only thing keeping us from updating a perfectly good and fast gaming/business laptop to Windows 11 is because it detects it has an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HQ at 3Ghz. How in the world is that not supportable by this operating system? Inquiring minds want to know...and not just the answer "because it's on the list". That's lame. Please support the Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HQ. Thank you.
