For at least a week after factory resetting my laptop and plugging in my laptop to tv via HDMI cable it worked perfectly but as of today, the frame rate started to skip. I made sure all driver/windows/Nvidia graphic driver updates were installed and it still skips frames is there a way to fix this? I hate it it never happened to me before. (also I have cleaned my laptop fans via compressed air so it has nothing to do with that)Video 1 is a game without an HDMI cable plugged in and video 2 is with an HDMI cable plugged in (ALSO MINOR JUMPSCARE WARNING)VIDEO 1:
