Windows 11 Why facial recognition and PIN of letter are suddenly banned from loggin with?

HelloMy Win 11 home connected to my work account in the morning. After restarting, facial recognition and PINs of letters were banned. It requires a PIN of numbers. In settings, it showed that facial recognition and PIN are unavailable now. I contacted the IT department in my workplace. They declared that connecting to the work account shouldn't have this impact on a personal laptop and recommended that I refer to Microsoft.
