Windows 11 Why has microsoft made accessing an app that I have already paid for, impossible. Microsoft, you have lost my custom.

Impossible to Download my App

I paid for Wiki-camps. I need to download it onto another computer. Explanations I have been given about how to access for downloading simply don't work. Around and around, trying slightly different versions of the same thing, and totally lost. Is this Microsoft's intent, or are Microsoft's programmers just too smart for ordinary non-computer people to understand what they create, Anyway, I am done with dealing with Microsoft, Accessing the correct part of the store to download the app is so difficult that I give up. You have definitely lost me as a customer.
