Windows 11 Why I don't have a personal user folder after installing Windows 11 Pro?

If I click on "This PC" then "Local Disk (C)" and select the "Users" folder I don't have one created for me. Instead, it just says "PC" with address "C:\Users\PC". I Run this command attrib +r -s -h "C:\Users\Dave M"/S /D (Replace Dave M with my folder name) and hit Enter but system doesn't find a path to a folder. I'm currently logged with my Microsoft account but on the sign in screen it says "PC" under my Microsoft account picture. Back when I was running Windows 10 Pro it would say my name.
