Windows 11 Why i get low fps on high end pc?

Hi, im new here, I'd like to ask a question about a problem I've encountered in minecraft bedrock.The problem envolves the framerate, if i put every "Video" setting to low, like the chunks rendered, anti aliasing to the minimum, disable fancy graphics and all the other stuff i get around 60 to 90 fps, there is some fluctuations up or below these numbers, but most of the time it stays in that range. Now, the thing is that if i put every setting on high (40 chunks rendered, anti aliasing to 16x, et cetera...) i get the SAME fps!I don't know what happened, i even framecapped the fps to 240 via th
