Windows 11 Why is BitLocker not available after upgrading to Windows 11 Pro

I have two laptops, a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 and a Yoga Slim 7 Pro both running Windows 11 Pro.BitLocker is enabled on the Slim 7 but it is NOT available on the Slim 7 Pro.They both have the required pre-requisites for device encryption;a TPM 2.0 moduleSecure Boot enabledUEFI BootModern Standby enabledUnder System Information, the Slim 7 confirms this: PCR7 Configuration: Bound Device Encryption Support: Meets pre-requisitesHowever, the Slim 7 Pro says: PCR7 Configuration: Binding not possible Device Encryption Support: Reasons for failed automatic d
