Windows 11 Why is chrome not working after the June 23 KB5027231 update

Google Chrome worked on 12 Jun 23 before the KB5027231 mandatory update. After uninstalling and reinstalling, it still won't open. What was in KB5027231 or KB5027119 or KB890830 that caused the change?I need Chrome to access a few websites that do not work with EDGE!
