Why is it that after almost all Windows 11 updates, my Epson Perfection V600 scanner cannot be found. I have to reinstall the driver software and restart the computer in order to have the scanner "found" by my computer. Is there a remedy on my end, or is a solution contemplated on Microsoft's end? Having to re-install driver software and restart the computer is not really a solution.
