Windows 11 Why is my backspace, back slash, and enter key not working?

This just started today and I didn't change anything about my laptop. Yesterday, it happened for a few minutes, but then went back to normal so i just ignored it. I've tried resetting my computer, checking for updates, and cleaning under the keys. I've had this laptop for about 3-4 years; it's a Windows 11 made by Dell. I don't know what other information to add but if you need any more info just ask for it or something. please help i literally cant even type properly D:
