Windows 11 why is my Bluetooth acting up?

so all my Bluetooth devices are all laggy and my music wont even play but if i have a Bluetooth headset its fine. ive tried seeing if my drivers need to be updated and everything is fine and up to date. what could be wrong? if you need to ask me any questions so you can help me find my issue please ask away
