Windows 11 Why is My Bluetooth completely gone and when i trouble shoot it says Check Bluetooth Radio status Windows 11?

I am having issues and the troubleshooter says Check Bluetooth radio status. it was working fine last ight until about 30 minutes after I updated my PC. I've done everything from uninstalling to reinstalling following tons of steps with restarting and everything. It wont even give me an option to turn Bluetooth on and off. I am on windows 11 as well so I tried to install the updated driver that's from the manufacturer and what not still nothing. I just don't understand how in a minute I can just disappear and not work.
