Windows 11 Why is my computer booting into a gray screen, where only the cursor is visible?

So basically whenever it boots, it shows me the motherboard manufacturer's logo, it shows the welcome thing from windows and then it just shows a gray screen. I went into the bios, which displays properly, ctrl + alt + del shows the menu and I can open task manager and stuff but it won't boot into the main menu thing. How do I fix this?
